I am convinced that behind every design, there is a story to be told. With the right guidance, any creative can communicate this story with clarity and excellence; enriching others wardrobes and ultimately, their lives.
I’m Chelli Look and I’m a Fashion Artisan and Storyteller. I collaborate with fashion designers/brands to bring their products from an idea-to-market.
For over a decade, I oversaw every sensory nuance of retail stores where I was equipped with empathy and foresight to the consumer buying experience. I then spent 7+ years cultivating my own leather goods brand; exercising strength as a Creative Director, Designer, Artisan, Content Creator and Domestic Violence Advocate. With a desire to hone my craft, I pursued an apprenticeship with Master Leather Artisans in Florence, Italy. During my time there, I gained a deeper respect for leatherwork and handbag construction; awakening a hunger to creatively expand in how I provide value to the fashion industry. This led me to close my bag brand and open my services to creatives and companies looking to develop their ideas from abstract to tangible.
The dominating reason behind the consumption of a brand is the emotions they open and convey through the stories they tell; visually, verbally, viscerally. As a designer, I understand that knowing the ways and means to build a product and communicate its story is done best through collaboration. Working with creatives to perfect their design and bring it to life, gives me life.
